What if it rains?
The Ride for Shelter is a rain or shine event (pray for shine!).
Please watch the weather closely and dress appropriately.

Can kids ride alone?
No. If a rider is considered to a child in our registration classes, they are required to ride with an adult. If possible it is always advisable to ride with others to maximize fellowship time!

What does my registration money support?
Most items at the ride are donated to us. Friends of the Light House Shelter purchases the t-shirts (at a discount) and our insurance, plus a few odds and ends, but the vast majority of the money raised, including all the registration fees, are remitted to the Light House Shelter at the end of the ride.
